Mud and clays: How do they help skin care?

In general, all clays and muds work as a natural exfoliator, but each one has different functions and there is one for each type of skin. Clays contain many minerals and there are several colors, the coloration depends on the concentration of minerals.

Black mud : excellent anti-inflammatory, auxiliary to reduce dark circles, blackheads, pimples and pimples. If your skin is sensitive from being exposed to the sun, black mud is helpful as it is a natural pain reliever and helps hydrate your skin. Auxiliary to reduce wrinkles, stretch marks and cellulite.

White clay: has detoxifying effects as it has absorbent properties. It has a pH of 5, which makes it more acceptable for various skin types. Due to its aluminum content, it is a natural healing agent. It has exfoliating properties and is also used as an aid for alopecia, burns, keloids and seborrhea.
