Mud and clays: How do they help skin care?

In general, all clays and muds work as a natural exfoliator, but each one has different functions and there is one for each type of skin. Clays contain many minerals and there are several colors, the coloration depends on the concentration of minerals.

Black mud : excellent anti-inflammatory, auxiliary to reduce dark circles, blackheads, pimples and pimples. If your skin is sensitive from being exposed to the sun, black mud is helpful as it is a natural pain reliever and helps hydrate your skin. Auxiliary to reduce wrinkles, stretch marks and cellulite.

Green clay : it has antiseptic properties, as it destroys pathogens without damaging healthy tissues. It contains silica, aluminum and zinc, so it is an auxiliary healing, regenerating tissues and softening scars. It has a soothing action on local or general pain of inflammatory or traumatic origin. Auxiliary to treat: abscesses, acne, burns, keloids, eczema, psoriasis, herpes, onychomycosis, stretch marks, cellulitis, canker sores, arthritis, headaches, low back pain, sciatica, osteoporosis and minor bruises.

White clay: has detoxifying effects as it has absorbent properties. It has a pH of 5, which makes it more acceptable for various skin types. Due to its aluminum content, it is a natural healing agent. It has exfoliating properties and is also used as an aid for alopecia, burns, keloids and seborrhea.

You can mix them with water and with that you already have an excellent mask, but if you want a mask with more properties you can find many interesting recipes on the internet.
